They have the same claims as the native American Indian. If what you say is true, then the Native American needs give back their reservation lands and we can start taxing the hell out of their casinos. Tell me, CPA man, what tax code should we use?

Americans have not been in a state of adverse possession of Indian lands. Adverse possession requres that the true owner of the land asserts his ownership at all times -- as Israel has. The Injuns (or, as you call them, "Native Americans") have not done so on a consistent basis.

It isn't he same thing.

As to tax code, I haven't any idea what you're talking about; the only federal income tax code applicable in the USA is the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
