No way, this earnings report is more than just one quarter's earnings. It has to do with who's right and whose wrong about this company. If the earnings come in as expected from analysts with no gloomy forward look, then us longs win and the stock goes back to 40 in no time. If there were problems then the mgnt. has a problem with their integrity, and would suggest that they hire a good law firm to represent them.

It wouldn't have much "punch" anyway since earnings are reported after the bell. Effects will be seen tomorrow, today doesn't matter.
