There are PLENTY of things that the Supreme Court has done that I believe was WRONG.

Incorrectly decided cases. Faulty Constitutional interpretations.

Our long, proud history is littered with such: Dredd Scott, the thin reed the feds clutch to justify a federal role in prohibiting various and sundry plants, the status of 'persons with infinite life' granted to corporations, etc., etc., etc.

However... in the fullness of time we Americans generally (even if it takes a very long time) usually get around to correcting our errors.

Still... If we are to be a 'nation of laws' then our Highest Court is the ultimate arbiter of all our laws at any given time --- not wild-eyed conspiracy theorists preaching from their Web-top soapboxes.

If the primacy of the Supreme Court in ruling on questions relating to the interpretation of our Constitution is *not respected*, then we ARE NOT a 'nation of laws' any longer... but some anarchistic form of protean blob --- where there are no rules and anything goes if you only believe in it enough. :-)
