Of course not! But, at least Israel would have a legal and moral leg to stand on, which, it currently doesn't. Except to the dual loyalists like you and the heel-clicking authority worshipers like our wingnuts here.

Somehow, you equate returning stolen land as "giving" something to the Pals, for which they should reciprocate. Wrong attitude.

So, why doesn't friggin' ISRAEL dismantle it's presence in the West Bank?

They did exactly that in Gaza and then Hamas took over and started attacking Israel with rockets nearly everyday for four years. Lesson learned.
