Keep your eyes peeled for DEC guys too (I think DEC will be taking this rollout very seriously. They have to know the potential.) and maybe a Brit or two lurking in the shadows. Might even find an ARM rep or two.

Doubt you'll get a look inside the box or find out who did the Linux. You may well get a take on the GUI. Visited a lot of Linux pages last night and nobody is claiming a new StrongArm port. Curious. Bus architecture? With a hard drive in the box the VNC is more a NetPC than a NC. Betcha you won't find a 500Mb drive in the box. Unless the sourcing is really wierd. Wish I could be there.

Here in this part of Bell Atlantic country xDSL ain't about to happen soon. Cox will take the market late next year with HFC. My area is nearing the top of their upgrade list. Understand Bell Canada's deployment will be very limited at first. At least they are willing to get their feet wet early.
