For Hawaii, the original birth certificates are kept in the State's document vault. (Since none of these conspiracy nuts would ever believe anything that Obama showed them anyway... you might as well go direct to the source: the State. The only place where there is an original.)

We have to assume that eventually the issue will be heard. Principled people will challenge virtually every action of the apparent usurper until a few courts have ruled his actions unenforceable until he proves his legitimacy. After a court of appeals upholds such a ruling the SCOTUS will be forced to hear it. Dismissing the Constitution is not an acceptable option. Of course after Obama stuffs the court with people who have no respect for the Constitution the expectation that the SCOTUS would uphold it would not be reasonable.
