We should stop feeding Gaza - Gazan citizens have not turned on Hamas as the USA and Europe continue to provide food and medical aid to the people. If we stop sending food they'll get hungry enough to stop the Hamas terrorists and think about taking care of themselves first.

Israel is becoming a garrison state.

That's right. That's why so many Israelis are emigrating.

I dont see that they have any choice. Folks like Ted think they should just take their lumps and not fight back.

You know what I really think.......the only chance Israel has is to lead the Palestinians to statehood and then help them to create a state as prosperous as Israel. And that means they will have to give up the WB settlements and Jerusalem. At the end of that process, they will then have to hope for the benevolence of the Palestinian people so that there can be a peaceful co existence between the two states.

You and I both know time is not on Israel's side. She is losing Jews and gaining Arabs. The above is her only hope. To get there, she has to get the neos/Likud out of power. They are as bad for Israel as they were for the US.

There are no strategic solutions. Neither side can ever wipe out the other, or dominate the other into submission for long, neither side is willing to let by gones go unless they have a dominating upper hand going forward which would be unacceptable for the other side. Neither side trusts the other and for good reasons. Both sides have a presumption in their underlying ideology of eventual world domination and each thinks the other to be a barrier to that.

"Any predictions for the next 60?

Brief pauses in action while we look at new 'road maps' and form committies and stuff followed by more of the same, and probably more intensity in that ... barring the appearance of a messiah or something of course.

"Any predictions for the next 60?"

As Iran gains strength and arms it's allies with longer range, more sophisticated weapons, the shrinking number of Zionists will have to move and live underground, like Moorlocks.
