So you believe nations whose exports are a small percentage of their economy, like the U.S. and Brazil both at around 10%,

will do far better than a nation like China whose exports are 35% of their economy.

The Decoupling story become more complex each time it's told.

U.S. Major Export Nations:
Canada, 21.4%;
Mexico, 11.7%;
China, 5.6%;
Japan, 5.4%;
Germany, 4.3%;
United Kingdom, 4.2%.

Brazil Major Export Nations:
United States, 18.9%;
Argentina, 8.4%;
China, 5.7%;
Netherlands, 4.5%;
Germany, 4.2%;
Mexico, 3.5%.
