Exactly. It becomes a never ending cycle. I firmly believe that Israel does not want to deal with the demands the Palestinians will make in the process of becoming a state. Israel owes reparations to the Palestinians for the Arab property they confiscated during the 1948 war. Israel does not want to give up anything.
