Fuel cells are a waste of time.

They are not efficient enough and theoretically will never be.

They will be useful in small nitch areas but not for transportation.

Putting money into expanding a new industry is an investment. Policing the world when the world is more capable of providing for its own security is a wastefully arrogant expense with no return. Why are we defending South Korea? They have a million man army and are plenty wealthy. We need to really start to rationalize our global posture. We are doing very stupid things with our military right now that made sense 50 years ago, but are obsolete in today's world. That explains why we spend more on the military than every other country combined, and yet, we still are unable to achieve our strategic objectives. If this were a business, we'd have already fired the leaders. Oh yeah, we just did. In with the new administration. I hope they do better than the idiots of the last 8 years.
