Just turkey, dressing, potatoes of some sort and let everyone help themselves. It will be informal. Doubt I'll do anything more than that..............my stuffing is full of veggies ( sausage too but lots of green onions, red bell peppers, celery, garlic and fresh herbs from my back yard.) The base of my stuffing is good enough to throw over pasta for another meal so I made extra and will use it this weekend for a sausage and red bell pepper pasta sauce. I had to stop my husband from eating it so I would have enough left.............he's mad right now!! He ate so much of my leftover stuffing I barely have enough to do a side dish of it outside the turkey. Then he started on the base leftovers that I am saving for pasta............I stopped him after the first helping of each. I'd had enough after his buddy walked into my house without knocking then opened my fridge and grabbed some cheese to give my dog............without asking.................I would have told him to go ahead if he had asked but didn't appreciate the lack of courtesy.
