Hi. Do you have a feeling for the value of the deal with VTEL?

Personally, I like it a lot. VTEL now has Compression Labs. Together, they seem in a much better position to exploit the possibilities of desktop conferencing. What do you think?

Is the strength in this stock lately directly attributable to the VTEL deal? Or is there something else I have missed?
