We may need some rule refinement on low priced securities.

My vote is to let the chips fall where they may (i.e., no rules on securities other than the need to have at least 8 and no more than 20% in any one stock). After all, just because it's a penny stock doesn't mean it has any advantage (in fact, perhaps the opposite). On the other hand, we want the stock to meet a liquidity criteria, and a stock like DNAP selling about $0.0001 should not be eligible. So maybe I do want some rules.
