That is precisely the corner they are painting themselves into. If they keep on the same path they've been walking since the election they will have kissed off independents. Its almost as if they are taunting people to isolate them.

And without them, they are not a credible 2nd party. They may be the third party we have been discussing for what, 8 years or something? Then the new question is what is the 2nd party... because there is sure to be one. And the Reps are right... overall the Dems do suck. The one thing for sure is you can't predict with anything close to accuracy. You see crap coming, but the ultimate ramifications are always so over the top bizarre you just watch in amazement. Such is life... always a surprise and Thank God for it (I guess).
