When we hired Ed in 1984 he was a very bright HP GM with a reputation for being a workstation marketing expert. He took his "eye off the ball" when he made TJ the COO. Big mistake (hind sight is always 20/20). He hasn't been able to correct the mess TJ made by promoting the best sales people to management positions. Sometimes new blood brings a renewed commitment by the exisiting organization and new hope for the investor. I still believe SGI is a winner. It may take a while. Patience is a virtue even if one is losing their shirt. I've been following this thread for many months. Keep up the good work. AAS
