Steve if you look at it simply Cymer DUV sales double approximately every six months more or less.
I don't have the #s with me but its a good rule of thumb,
look: 97 Q1 84(A) - Q3 165(E).

That gross assumption could now be changing because:
Cymer has added new capacity and demand is strong according to management. A 16 day cylce time is required to fully test a new laser and Cymer has (X) final laser test bays to test them in.
In one month they can produce almost 2 DUVs per test bay.
If you know the #(X) of test bays installed you can generate
a good approximation of the Total DUVs for the Q3. Please see:

If your basing the est. Wall St. is giving look at past estimates and how badly they've under estimated. I'm sure they have their own nefarious reasons for lowballing but I'm not interested. I did my own homework, shared it with the thread and have had more accurate results.

The boat,truck,trian, and plane are good to go!
