Ruff I admit I'm not reading posts right now and will get to it. I have a ton of serious issues going on trying to get my position back and dealing with a very sick Sister so I may be off track but I have been reading the information regarding Madoff. While it's just a gut feeling something tells me they aren't disclosing the assets and files because it may be proof of more that just Madoff's assets. Like maybe money sitting in SEC employees who took maybe debit cards to look the other direction or maybe he has a LOT more money that they are wanting people to know from naked shorting stocks and then stashing the profits. I really feel something strong here big time. I don't usually feel this way and have it end up being wrong. Something isn't clicking for sure. The news makes it look like they are trying to salvage money to pay back investor's. I suspect it's going to lead to a whole group of hedge funds and hidden assets not only Madoff's but many others as well and they don't want to let that out because maybe they are trying to figure out how to cover their trails. I really believe this is what's going on. His case I suspect no doubt is going to bust open if they do it right a ton of evidence and money. Ruff. I have thought this through for a long time and people called me crazy when I first starting asking questions that led me to figure out they couldn't be buying the shares and I was posting to a bunch of older guys who were a group of Banker's, Lawyer's and one was even head of a Senate finance committee. At that time as I stated before not trying to pick on men please don't take it this way but I finally figured the best way to explain it to them was to call it "NAKED" shorting and put it out in a comical way. It ended up I was right as right could be. I The men back then wouldn't really want to get serious with a woman unless she was ready to talk trash and I wasn't going there but did it that time to get their attention. I know one of those guys reads this board and he doesn't need to respond. In fact it would be best maybe if he didn't. But he knows. The questions probably were pretty crazy sounding but they all had a reason that one thing led to the next. I wasn't working and spent days watching volumes and prices which started showing patterns. FWIW. Again I think a similar thing is going on here. Another cover up. My thoughts are they have proof of a great sum of money even more than Madoff's claims are. I suspect they are trying to figure a way out of this but if there's any honest people in on this it may just back fire and truth may prevail. It's hard to believe but maybe. No Ruff. There's a ton of evidence in these files and I would bet that there's a ton of money to go with it. JMO. P.S. I'll get caught up sometime tonight on these posts. And it's okay if someone wants to call me nuts. I'm used to it.

My brain is fried. You hit the nail on the head. It's way bigger than Madoff and I bet the records are exposing tons of people. They don't want to let out the names due to maybe the people whose names are on the list. I would bet some pretty well known people are in on it. And as far as the people who had money in Madoff's funds. I would about bet they knew all along it was a Ponzi scam and as long as they got their faithful return on their investment they didn't care one wit. I don't feel sorry for them at all. It wouldn't surprise me if on that list of people who he has in his funds are a bunch of good ole wall street boys. I hope people stay on this. They still are fooling and hiding from the General public about how this is really going and what happened. They are printing stuff that would confuse them and most likely people aren't even bothering to read it because they don't have a clue what this all means. I hope for our Country's sake there's some honest people who are really serious about making this right. I am praying with all my heart and soul that God helps us with this one because that's what the American people need to bust up this ring of theive's. It's big. You know. I know it and they know it. That's why they keep confusing everyone. They didn't think things through and most likely thought they could pull off the same scam their great granddaddy pulled off but forgot to check the new laws regarding "KNOW YOUR CLIENT" even off shore. The old days they had no clue and it got brushed over at the expense of the people. This time there's a trail and it's all on computers. I wonder if when building 7 got blown up on that September day they thought they had their rears covered but failed to think that the files weren't just held in that one building like in the old days. Those files were backed up in other sources and the information was still there. In the old days if the same thing happened the only evidence they would have had would have burned down with the building. Not the same this time. I hope I'm right. It sure would be nice to see our Country come back to life again. I guess I'm a big dreamer because I believe that if they are forced to either cover the shares or refund the money and let people then buy the shares they thought they purchased or whatever things will come back but this time in the middle class guys favor. I hope this is making sense. BTW....Happy New Year to everyone.
