I'm genuinely curious to read her lawyerlike response to my question. Over the past several years (back to the initial dot com meltdown), I've read several here on SI that have helped change the way I view the markets, finance, monetary policy, and all things related; Jay has been one of them. I'm amazed that he is so easily and pejoratively dismissed by anyone, and hope to get a rational explanation -- it might give me more to consider (or it might just affect my view of that poster).
