Gabard, The last I heard, the only company with legal rights to the technology described in James' post is a private company called Lightwave. This sounds so much like the Systems of Excellence scam----it's FREAKIN me out. Thanks, ------ED

GaBard, thanks for the follow up. I pulled the 10 q and 8ks and looked over them last nite. Apparantely, they had a good thing going and a viable product but they got in deep with the best of everything. When the stock went to $47, insiders took it down and created a loss for many. Thus the lawsuites. They now have a 10 million dollar order to fill and they have the video conferencing product at several military bases and a large college. They have recently went out and got ariond $4 million in Reg - S loans to try and recover, hoping that over the next 6 months to a year that their product will take off. They have much to overcome unless some one would buy them out. Once again, thanks for the help. I will bring a better company to the board next time. Have you ever went over to the Intercell thread (INCE) and checked them out. I have been in close personal contact with the president and I am expecting big things out of this company between now and Jan,98. Jim
