One other thing... a whole lot of production is starting to get shut-in now. Wells are being capped (expansion plans being put on hold - especially in the Canadian tar sands area), and hard rock mines that are already in production are seeing further investments pushed out into the future. Miners not yet in production will not find any financing for some indeterminate - but likely long - period of time. All this will reduce output, reducing supply.
