You're spot on! After 25 years I work again with Brazucas in Angola. They are, as you say, locusts. They come, 'harvest' what they could when the going is good and then move over to where the going appear to be better.

Same happens as the Dekasseguis -Japanese descendants- now leaving Japan. They went, 'harvest' as much overtime as they could possibly get. As their employees companies reorganize to survive the down turn, with prospects of no more overtime, they pack off.

Brazil can go up or down. I pole climb out there as this is my destiny.
