I hope he meant the bottom will come in 2010, not 2110. I'm a long term investor but not that long term.

In an interview a few weeks ago Jim Grant predicted that a massive inflationary surge will follow the current severe recession as day follows night because of all the liquidity the Fed is creating. Only the naive can think the Fed will be allowed to aggressively tighten in time to prevent this.
