I dont want to argue cuba with you because its more complex than either of you make it out to be. It is complex, I agree. But our actions in response to it must be pretty simple: You cannot possibly deal with them unless/until they choose to make some concessions. Obama has backed far away from his early remark that he would "meet without precondition..., etc.". He would not have installed Hillary as SecState if he intended run a weak foreign policy -- that would be a recipe for disaster.
