The FDA The FDA says Americans do not have the right to know which foods are genetically modified. Because of globalization the U.S. must accept other nations' laws. Under the CAFTA treaty the sale of vitamins and supplements will be illegal. The President of the United States President Bush has signed executive orders giving him sole authority to impose martial law, and suspend habeas corpus. This gives him dictatorial power over the people, without any checks and balances. The government can now jail you for life without charges, without a trial, and without a lawyer even with the people knowing. PPS: One last thought... I wouldn't want to own DPTR for any length of time at any price... their management has shown a great propensity for making bad decisions and burn through cash like water over Niagra... I traded it a couple years ago and gave up when they showed their true "skill" at Joseph and then continued to make one bad decision after another... I imagine KK is feeling quite burnt by DPTR... Yes, they may get lucky at some point, but with the current climate in ng? Not for me... I'd much rather be in BPZ... low cost producer, mostly oil, no wildcatting and great management. Jim
