Motorists' habits spur call for tax increases

Saw that this morning. Nobody really wants to gets SERIOUS. Maybe Obama... we'll see. We need to 'slap people upside the head' to change behaviour.

Global Warming is over. Climate change? Yes indeed, but we are rather facing a serious Global Colling lasting for the next 35-65 years. CO2 output is great for green plants and might - if you believe Al Gore and CJ - keep the worst chill off our back during the upcoming cold times.
