Euros and americans created the problem because they didnt want to deal with post war jewish refugees. Like Jews, Arabs behave no better than other folks and were not happy. What they should have done is aceept partition deal. None of this would have happened and Israel at that stage was so tiny and weak. Pals are responsible for creation of a regional power. Unfortunate the aforementioned regional power were the very folks they wanted to keep out in the first place. So much irony.
