Larissa Herde is the CEO of TWTC. She began as the chief financial officer and proved the concept when the initial funding sources were ready to give up, after the telecom bubble collapse. She took over in the nineties and nothing is done if it doesn't make good business sense. She's got a pleasant charismatic personality, you'd like her.
