Look at the maps

Those maps as I pointed out were created in 2000 and neglect the concession of all Gaza land back to Palestine in 2005 - there can be no grievance there yet they continue to press for a war they cannot win.

Then note that nothing gets into Gaza and the WB without Israeli approval. Do you have any idea how that's not conducive to trade? Think about it.

Why were the trade routes blocked - even by Egypt?

Because Hamas launched rockets and the trade blockades are punitive measures like the embargos you've recommended for other situations before. No rockets no blockades.

PS: Every country can inspect products that cross it's border. In the case of Gaza and the WB they're looking for weapons, not fruit.

I want the violence to stop.

Hamas had better agree to a cease fire pretty damn quick or the ground war will probably start tonight or this weekend.

"Look at the maps Chris and Sarman have posted ad nauseum."

Sarmans and Chris' maps are not worth the paper they are written on. They were designed to recruit you and apparently you are not Higher Ed Ted, you are truly Brain Dead Ted. Yes Teddy, you are converted. Go to hell.
