Here's my take.

In the fall, a lot of money was removed from hedge and mutual funds and put into safe investments. Everything got sold in a flight to liquidity.

Now, a lot of individualsand pension funds are sitting on a lot of cash and you think they're going to buy 1 year treasuries at 1%? Don't think so.

Money starting to dribble back in. Take a look at some of these charts. We still got a long way to go just to get them back to even.
