Ox, A lot of the negativity has been priced in I am sure, but the question is as you pointed out, has it all been priced in?

<<A drop of 50% from 2008 would put 2009 Semi billings in the $6 to $7 Billion dollar range! This would be over 25% below 2003's #s.>>


Note that even back in the 90's, the bookings and billings were well over the 10B mark, and the SOX was over and under the 200 level. What happens if we get a year where the Bookings and Billings go down to 50 percent of the 90's level? It is true that the market will look ahead to better times and respond upward, but over the short term how long will that take. The longer term outlook a couple of years out should be no problem, but how much lower do we go over the short term, if any, to get the best buying opportunity? The next few months should be very interesting.
