Then bring in a UN police force made up of other Arab nations to quell the uprising.

You sort of skip the mechanics of that - Hamas has to sign a cease fire and the forces have to be sent.

No, I didn't..........the Arabs sit down with Hamas and get them to cease fire.

Oh yeah - the UN sends peace keepers not police - they never actually do anything but observe.

Uh....Kosovo?
