Egypt has its own problems with the Islamic Brotherhood, a distant cousin of Hamas. They support Israel too much and they have trouble on their own streets.

hamas is mortal enemy of sunni arab states. Make no mistake about it. Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabian leaders wake up every morning hoping that israel finishes them off. But that cant happen without their help and their money in admistering the post hamas gaza strip. I dont see why egyptians running gaza would be automatically opposed by pals, esp if its funded by israel, and the west.
