Well I think that gold and to a lesser degree silver will continue to greatly outperform base metals until this recession/depression is over. So I am concentrate my buying on pure gold/silver junors.

<Silver especially, i bet it comes back more or less with zinc like three or four years ago, which will really crank a lot of the beat-up mexican plays ... as to when, who knows, could be next month or years from now for all i know, but it will happen> Hecla will have a lot of lead and zinc and some gold from Greens Creek. I feel better owning it than USA. Now I hope that HL grabs USA cheap and then they work out the rest of the kinks. For whatever reason Lucky Friday keeps their costs lower than USA has been able to achieve. Tom
