I can see a real crawl up my ass audit when I want my money back. Plus I had two falls. One busting my ribs and the second busting my head. I was out for 20 minutes in the snow. I haven't had beauty in my word for a while but here's a tip. Split a nail and it catches on everything and gets worst. Not much, just a little rubber cement will fix that. Gets absorbed by the nail and glues it together sealing the gap that catches everything. I should patent this.
