I spent part of Christmas vacation in Calgary. Went down the luge run at COP at -27 C. Sorry, can't take that all winter. NAFTA, as a document, is all about interpretation. The lawyers who wrote it aren't stupid. If the US asserts that Canada (in the future) is selling oil to the Far East to the detriment of US consumers, how does Canada defend it's actions ? The US will always say it needs the oil and is willing to pay the Nymex price. As Mexico wanes this is going to be a big problem. wg
