Perhaps someday, international Jewry will realize that Zionism, at least in Israel, was a mistake, and is not good for them. Israel is a thug state, and, in that to many people, Israel IS "the Jews", it makes the Jews into thugs as well. Which they are not.

Beautifully expressed. It seems that in the name of religion murder is legalized, be it Christianity, Judaism, Communism, Fascism, whatever.

The neos of Israel can not keep the truth from coming out. Israel must change its ways or perish.

I've talked with Palestinians. I have yet to meet a Palestinian who hasn't lost a member of their family to the Israeli Shoah, nor a Palestinian who cannot name a relative or friend languishing under inhumane conditions in an Israeli prison. Time and time again, Israel is cited for human rights violations to no avail. On a recent trip to Israel, I visited the refugee camps inhabited by a people who have waited 52 years in these 'temporary' camps to go home. Every Palestinian grandparent can tell you the name of their village, their street, and where the olive trees were planted. Their grandchildren may never have been home, but they can tell you where their great-grandfather lies buried and where the village well stood. The press has fostered the portrait of the Palestinian terrorist. But the victims who rose up against human indignity in the Warsaw Ghetto are called heroes. Those who lost their lives are called martyrs. The Palestinian who tosses a rock in desperation is a terrorist.

Here the reaction 'straight from the horse's mouth' so to say. This comes from my friend Zeev in Israel.

"If Ms. Ducro was indeed fired from Jewish Chronicle for publishing this then the JC people are stupid asses. She should sue the shit out of them , and she would probably win. They may have mistaken Kansas City for Moscow, who knows?

As to Ms. Stone she should first come to live in Israel and then we'd see if she would preach its destruction by allowing the so called the "Right of return" which is a call for a clean and immediate harakiri to be performed by the Jewish state.

I do not know where she lives but I'd like to see if she would agree for hordes of culturally alien Palestinians taking over her neighborhood after growing up for 3 generations on the idea of physically destroying her town, country and family. She appears to be even more stupid and detached from reality than Jewish Chronicle :)

Why are you not demanding "Right of Return for Sudet Germans, Ms. Stone? Cypriot Greeks? Jewish refugees from Iraq? Darfour? Sudan? You don't care fro these because they do not give your the opportunity of self-righteous exhibitionism accorded by your Jewish descent, when Jews are on the displacing end of an ethnical conflict.

People like Ms. Stone exist everywhere, as do suicidal maniacs and self-righteous hypocrites of all other kinds, but in Israel there is no more than a handful of them (one wonders why :)). Even the leftwing parties do not even want to hear about the "right of return". Their life is dearer to them than even their political views.

I have just yesterday read a large article in the leading Israeli Maariv newspaper that in kibbutz Nir Itzhak (right on the border of Gaza strip, gets rocket fire all the time) there exists a person (a member of a kibbutz) who goes to every anti-Zionist demonstration and of course also preaches the right of return. Nobody dreams of firing him or repressing him in any way (except possibly chaffing him in the kibbutz dining room). He is the village fool, the local celebrity. Who would write about this remote kibbutz in a newspaper but for him? A lesson for Jewish Chronicle to learn."
