Yes, and small favors they are not. I would trade a hurricane for a 'quake any ole day.

Depends....

I need to be more specific........If I had a choice between a 6.8 or above quake and a cat 4 hurricane, I would take the hurricane. Anything below a 6.0 and I would take the quake.
