When the San Diego median price peaked at 540K, I told
folks we could drop 50%, and they thought I was crazy !
Median price is now 305.5K, down 43.4%, and still heading down.
Fortune's prediction of down 21.1% takes it to $241K, or 55% from the peak.
I'm looking at million dollar rural properties with acreage for $650K,
and I think I will be a buyer near 500K.

San Diego condos have been killed, especially conversions.
Here's one down 72%. 06/09/2005 $319,900, now $90,000
