The Bush tax cuts were designed to reward the wealthy, and were very effective in doing so. This led to an excess of capital, which led to all of the excesses on Wall Street and elsewhere, creating a culture of greed. In my view, the idiot Bush the Younger will one day be viewed as the worst U.S. President in a thousand years. Calling him merely the worst President in history simply does not give his due.
