Ted spread peaked in early October, but junk and corporate spreads
continued to move higher until recently. Now the stress there seems
to be subsiding, so up we go...

Basically, the Fed is doing everything in its power to bring
down the credit spreads, while undermining the fundamentals of the
dollar in the process. All bets are off if Mr. Market calls
the bluff and tanks the dollar hard.
