No,no,no.

That's create more problems, like:

assest inflation ... increase cost of living/surviving.

We're already way over paid (except the advanced wallstreet
civiziliation). We can't compete for most engineering, IT
jobs. Sure we heard that for each of those job offshored
create tens/hundreds/thousands of new jobs.

Lawyers have tried to recover damages from hedge funds before, whether thare was just failure or fraud involved, repeatedly and they always fail. These guys are just trying for a hail mary in this bailout climate. They won't win this.
