"As American as Chrysler and Nathan's

Who said no one will buy American cars? I bought my wife a new 2008 Chrysler Pacifica trading in our old Chevrolet (GM) Suburban (with 89,000 miles) in the process. Then I was swamped with offers for financing. Capital One (COF) and Bank of America (BAC) were amongst them. This all took place at an out-of-the way dealer. By that I mean one not on a major road or highway. The dealer was scheduled to close at 6PM but stayed open later as at least two other salesmen were busy with potential buyers."
