How do you GAIN weight...Let me see, let me count the ways....Heheheh... I've never had to try to gain weight...somehow it magically comes to seek me out.

Lindy Bill on PfP also runs a Heart and related thread...he is on a diet now with No Wheat, and No Corn products....and is loosing weight. I don't think I could stick to that...but maybe you could double up on both these items and the products that they are made of....

Do you eat ice cream every day? That might help you gain...plus it tastes good at the same time.

Re Bowling....I've never done it enough to think about what you said, about posture, mentally positioning your release, and hitting your mark. I will now, and someday, hopefully soon, get to go practice. Have to get clearance with the neck issues first though. Sure don't want to do anything that will cause more problems....there are enough already.
