I know. When you are sick, you take medicine and the medicine makes you well and my argument with my doctors is that I do not have to take medicine the rest of my life after I am told I am well. They tell me it is just a precaution to keep me well. I tell them I do not think I have to support the drug industry until I die. And they refuse to release me. I'm just about ready to tell them I can release myself by not taking the pills any longer and not making any more appointments with them. I'm sure my health care insurance providers would be happy not having to pay for the solid gold pills they are prescribing. Many of our friends feel the same way. Why should we have to subsidize the drug companies who are making billions of dollars off of just one kind of pill and thinking of all the pills they manufacture billions and billions going down our drains every day. Just doesn't make sense to me. I feel if it's my time to die, it's my time to die and no darn pill is going to save me.
