Folks on the israeli side do not. They understand all to well the high price

Huh? What high price are the Israelis paying? Those nervous moments in their bomb shelters when they had to cancel their hair appointments?

Speaking of which, why do the Israeli Arabs not get bomb shelters? Another component of Plan Dalet?

"You make jokes jabout the loss of life and jews in the falklands but totally ignore the entire issue of what provoked all of this. "

What exactly is that issue? I mean, what about the reasons why Hamas decided not to extend the ceasefire? Israel never lifted the blockage, despite promises to. They still came across the border whenever they felt like it. And this operation has been planned for months, Israel has said as much.

Don't get me wrong. Hamas isn't innocent, far from it. But it isn't black and white with one side being innocent and the other side filled with monsters. Like all feuds, there were provocations on both sides.
