I see one needs proof of funds to purchase this "property". Recycling laws in Michigan require 10c refund on all cans. Probably cans enough in and around the "property" to "be proof". I think there are lots of these in the city. MP

It's got decent bones, but I'll bet it's been totally stripped of it's circulatory and nervous systems.<g>

Those places are all over the rustbelt. As a rehabber, I think about them sometimes. But, who wants to LIVE in Detroit? Not me. Who would buy the place if I fixed it? No one. If I ended up stuck there, could I get a job? Nope.
