Egypt needs to help with that as well. Hamas degraded enough at some point---egypt moves in to police, invite Abbas back.. Israelis pull out. Something like that.

No Israel must take back the land they gave away, settle on it and never look back. The Egyptians can help by giving aid to the fleeing Palestinians.
