I'm thinking about the Redneck Riviera too. I'm looking for cheap foreclosures to rehab. I would rather be near the coast than on it. Any recommendations?

Take lots of FireAnt killer, take mosquito repellant, and prepare for uncomfortable humidity. Learn some Cajun slang, learn to like their food (this should be the easy part), and become a Saints fan.
