Amusing that he uses the US dollar to describe future prices. but even he does not know how little/much value will remain entrenched in that yardstick. Is he talking about the 2008 dollar ?

I agree entirely with Mr Schulich.

I think the crisis can last 5 years and up in the USA and possibly a bit less in coutries that are heavily interconnected like Mexico and Canada. But it will be much less in Asia and some other places.

Who can really know when resource prices will bottom and turn up to stratospheric numbers. It will happen, but we just don't know when.
