Maybe if a person has a lot of clownbucks after it's over, the thing might be to buy rental properties. But not unless there's an immediate 20% income.

Not for me. Can't deal with bad tenants. Get a good manager: honest, smart, at least 6 foot and 200 pounds all muscle, packing a gun, good connections with police and lawyers, loyal friend.

Maybe it will continue to be an eventful process. i.e There is no leader who knows how to handle the crisis, not since the 1940's has governments organisational skills been really tested. Now we have computers and they are a mixed blessing at best.
